Sniffer is a dog adoption app built with Ruby on Rails on the back-end and Vue.js on the front-end. Users can adopt a dog or post one for adoption. When a request is sent, the dog's owner receives an SMS notification via Twilio that includes the dog's name and the requester's name — keeping the process fast and personal.

A responsive business website for a professional cleaning company. Built in React with a customized Bootstrap template, featuring a fully functional email contact form powered by Email.js — no backend server required.

An e-commerce front-end for a custom printing business. Built in React with Bootstrap, it includes a product showcase and a contact/quote form integrated with Email.js to route inquiries directly to the client's inbox.

"Tinder for Hunger." Users pre-select cuisine preferences and swipe through menu items from local restaurants until they find something tempting. Swiping right takes them to the restaurant's full menu and ordering details. Front-end in Vue.js, back-end in Node.js.

A dog breed personality quiz built collaboratively with a fellow Actualize grad. Users answer a series of multiple-choice questions and the app calculates their score to reveal which dog breed matches their personality. A fun dive into React after our Meme Generator project.

Inspired by Gwendolyn Brooks and Chicago's quarantine announcement, this cohort project visualizes COVID-19 data across all 50 US states. An interactive grid map lets users select a state and view a modal with up-to-date infection and mortality stats, plus aggregate charts for all states.

A trivia game built with Actualize classmates using a third-party quiz API and a Vue.js front-end. Players can choose 1–50 questions and customize by topic and difficulty level. At the end they see their score and the correct answers for missed questions.

A proof-of-concept React app exploring REST API calls and browser Text-to-Speech, complete with Play, Stop, Pause, and Resume controls. Built as a stepping stone toward a larger Trello-clone project with voice features. Displays Cat Facts and Cat Photos from public APIs.
